- Advertising owner property in the local market
- Shortlisting prospective tenants, performing credit checks and presenting options to owner
- Preparing Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Collecting and holding damage deposits in-trust at the Brokerage
- Performing inventory and move-in / move-out / inspections
- Managing the property
- When applicable – Acceptance of the owner’s key upon possession and initial warranty inspection on behalf of owner
- When applicable, performing 1-year warranty inspection on behalf of owner (walk/inspection with the developer)
